Edit
Undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, find and replace.
Paste as text removes any existing formating.
Insert
Media, link, image, anchors, special characters, horizontal line
Format
Style selected text as bold, italic etc
Apply paragraph text style using Formats (A)
Clear text formating
Table
Insert a table, into the text of your page.
Set properties, add and delete columns and rows
Table - rows and columns
Select Table from the dropdown menu and drag to set the number of rows and columns required.
(A) Rows and columns can be added and deleted with the options.
Save, undo, redo
(A) Save. Clicking anywhere on the page outside the text edit box will also save the changes.
(B) Undo last change
(C) Redo last change (after undo)!
Paragraph text formating
All styles can be set as part of the initial website design.
Available styles include Heading, Sub heading, Paragraph and Quote.
In a standard text box the default text style will be paragraph.
Character text formating
Apply standard text formating to highlighted text.
Bold, italic, underline, strike through and apply superscript and subscript to individual characters.
Text alignment
Set text alignment to left, right, centre or justified.
Text list style
Choose a bullet or numbered list.
Bullets or numbers are automatically applied for each paragraph styled with a list. To end a list add two paragraph returns.
Horizontal line
Add a line across the text box.

Insert or edit an image
This will open a window with the following options…

Source
Enter a URL for an external image or click (A) to open the asset picker and choose an image from the asset manager
Image description
(B) Add alt text for this image - screen readers will use this text to explain the image in the context in which it is being used.
Caption
Click (C), select OK and then add your caption to the image in the page.
Insert or edit a link
Inline links can be added to highlighted text or an image.
Highlight the text link or image first and then select 'Insert/edit link' to open a window with the following options…

URL
Add an external URL or click (A) to open the page picker and choose a page from your website.
Text to display
(B) This shows the text selected to be the link or if an image is selected then its blank.
Target
(C) Choose to open a new page.
Class
(D) Different styles can be applied to a link depending on the design of the website. These might include an inline text link style and various button styles…
